Seema Nain is the Managing Partner of the firm and an Advocate engaged in practice across civil, criminal, corporate, and regulatory domains. She leads the firm’s professional operations, including litigation strategy, client advisory, and institutional engagements.Her practice is primarily focused on real estate and regulatory matters, including issues relating to housing societies, builder–resident and builder–association disputes, and handover/takeover of maintenance and common areas (HOTO). She is also involved in proceedings before regulatory authorities such as RERA, consumer forums, and electricity regulatory bodies.In addition to her core areas, she handles civil and property disputes, criminal litigation including bail and statutory matters, and corporate and commercial advisory. Her practice also extends to matters involving environmental and regulatory frameworks, including proceedings before the National Green Tribunal (NGT), as well as select work in aviation and allied regulatory matters.She regularly represents clients before courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities, and is involved in drafting, legal strategy, and advisory. In her role as Managing Partner, she works closely with institutions, associations, and corporate entities, ensuring effective handling of matters in accordance with applicable legal and ethical standards.Jurisdiction:Primarily Gurugram, Delhi-NCR, and the Punjab & Haryana High Court, along with other courts, tribunals, and statutory authorities; while providing legal services across India.
